Dark Light

Cedar Waxwing

The lushes of the bird world, Cedar Waxwings love fruit and berries so much, they are known to get intoxicated or even die from overripe berries.

Scarlet Tanager

Although the males are super bright red, this is a tough bird to spot, as it likes to spend time high in the treetops. For me the easiest way to "spot" it is to recognize it's song.

Ruby-throated Hummingbird

Red-winged Blackbird

The easiest way for me to "spot" these birds, is to actually listen for their song, and then it's pretty clear: Red-winged Blackbird.
